We went to great lengths to find out Nutrafarms prices. After talking to many many sales reps, we found out that information is kept pretty secret. They will show you prices for what they call "gourmet specials" but after asking several reps we were told that they can only be added to orders at that price and in no way are reflected in the package cost (the package costs are much much higher)
We meticulously copied down a standard level 1 package while we did the presentation. 3 out of 3 times we could copy it , it was exactly the same
The above table shows the meats that come in a standard package. Since we could not get prices from Nutrafarms we built the same package with Ottawa Valley Meats (who does have open prices)
We opted for the cash discount Nutrafarms was offering as Ottawa Valley Meats was offering a similar discount with their 10% discount on bulk orders. The result was that Ottawa Valley Meats is going to save you $2180 compared to an order with Nutrafarms

Sales Process
We signed up for a sales presentation with Jordan. After some back and forth we penciled in a meeting date on Microsoft Meetings. At the time of the pitch, after waiting 20 min, Jordan came online and we exchanged some pleasantaries. Immediately, the pitch started after this, with Jordan asking questions about our budget , but never providing answers to our questions. Flashing screens of prices to us, but telling me those are specials IF we buy the full package. 1/10
Customization
We continued by making our selections with Jordan. We were able to choose what meats we wanted (within reason), but not how much of each meat - which as very frustrating. We had no idea if we would be able to see if it was going to be 50lbs or 5lbs. Seemed to be intentionally done so we could not get a tally of the total of the order 3/10
Transparency
After several attempts to get an itemized list and pricing, Jordan refused to. He mentioned he might if we put the deposit and did all the paper work on the funding. This put up a lot of red flags and turned us off from the prospect of doing an order. We asked if we could do a smaller order, and was told absolutley not. When we asked for more information on the farms, Jordan would give us vague explanations, but rather than tell us what they were supporting, they would comapre themselves against competition

Sales Process
We signed up for a sales meeting with Marie at our own convenience using a calendar on their website. Once we did this we got an automated email with a Google Meets Link. We already had an idea of what we wanted so we gave Marie all the info and she was quick to answer and did not avoid any of our questions. The whole process was VERY pleasant and quick. We did not feel ANY pressure what so ever. 10/10
Customization
We were shocked at how much we could customize. We were under no obligation to get a massive order. We could choose exactly how many steaks, chicken breast, you name it. The prices were clear as day for each item and the total was easy to. There was no extra fees or anything. What you saw was the price you paid 10/10
Transparency
We cannot emphasize this enough, if Nutrafarms is designed to hide pricing, Ottawa Valley Meats (OVM) is the ani-theses to them in that they clearly indicate the EXACT weight, price, amounts of items you will receive.
