If there is one staple that is known world wide, it is chicken. What piece is more iconic than the Chicken Breast? For the purposes of this review we looked for the smallest quantity we could order of Boneless Skinless chicken breast. We tested flavour, cut and value. Like usual, not only did Ottawa Valley Meats have the best chicken breast over all, it also had the best value! Addtional bonus for Ottawa Valley Meats is that they had bulk dscounts if you want to buy a larger volume and they appear to be the only producer that had an air chilled product, which gave us a 17% extra weight on our plate after cooking!
