Quality will be judged on each cut by tenderness, marbling, and overall taste

Was it worth it? Comparing to similar companies, butchers and grocery stores; we will give an assessment of the overall value provided
Qualities
We want to emphasize extra unique qualities brought to the table Is the meat organic? is it local? ethical?
Ordering Testing Procedure
We will always order the best value available. We will also always order Striploins, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts and Bacon to test the main meat groups. Lastly, we will always test the customer service with their return policy and delivery options. We will never disclose the fact that we are reviewers to keep the service fair.
